Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for the purchase of Viking plows and Heil dump bodies including installation on trucks provided by Ulster County for procurement by the Ulster County Department of Highways and Bridges.

Per County Resolution No. No. 352 dated December 14, 2005 it has been resolved that, for reasons of efficiency and economy, the purchase of dump bodies for trucks is limited to the following manufacturer; Heil Mfg Co.

Per County Resolution No. 149 dated May 8, 1997 it has been resolved that, for reasons of efficiency and economy, the purchase of snow plows and snow plow assemblies is limited to the following three (3) manufactures; Fisher, Frink or Viking.
