Summary of Specifications:
Ulster County Tourism is seeking to retain an Advertising Agency. The role of the Advertising Agency will be to promote Ulster County through defined advertising campaigns and marketing strategy in conjunction with the Tourism Director, Rick Remsnyder. All work must meet New York State I Love NY Matching Funds Guidelines. A copy of the New York State I Love NY Matching Funds Guidelines can be obtained by contacting Renee' Frasch at Ulster County Purchasing: rfra@co.ulster.ny.us. Current plans call for the following areas of interest: Travel Guide design, including design of various other guides General Advertising in magazines and newspapers – particularly in the New York metropolitan area. Internet – placing banner ads. Obtain good rates, particularly in the New York metropolitan region. Trade advertising in tourism publications Radio Television, where deemed within budget Ability to re-design the website if deemed within budget; experience in web search engines, etc.
