Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for the purchase of print services for Travel Guides for procurement by Ulster County Tourism. Prior to printing and included in price: TWO FULL-COLOR (2) PROOFS: one proof to Ulster County Tourism, one proof to Ulster County Purchasing. Cartons of guides MUST be labeled “UC TRAVEL GUIDE”, weigh no more than 25 lbs., and be palletized and shrink-wrapped. There are five (5) possible delivery locations, see pages 16-17.
