Important Note to Vendors:
The Ulster County Board of Elections is accepting quotes for the shredding and disposal of approximately 40 cubic feet of unused shrink-wrapped blank election ballots. As part of this service, the awarded vendor will be required to sign a document describing how many packs of ballots were shredded. The shredding will be conducted under the supervision of BOE staff at the 61 Golden Hill Drive location in Kingston, NY. This service may be required periodically after future primary and general elections.
