RFB-UC11-75 - Rental of New Uniforms and Miscellaneous Items

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for the rental and cleaning of new uniforms, floor mats, shop towels, janitorial towels, cotton and dust mops for use by the Ulster County Departments of Public Works, Clerk, Social Services, Buildings and Grounds and Area Transit and other smaller divisions. The awarded vendor shall be responsible for providing high quality services and contract maintenance. 

Previous contract history of this bid is estimated at an average of approximately $40,000 per year. This figure is offered for informational purposes only and should not be construed as a minimum guarantee. The estimated number of employees for uniform servicing are given as a guideline only and may increase or decrease throughout the contract period. Currently, uniform rental is for approximately 70 employees.
