Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for the furnishing of equipment with operators to work independently, but under the direction, of Ulster County (the “County”) in the reclamation of various roads. The projects will include in-place reclamation/recycling of existing pavements, either with or without an asphalt emulsion or other stabilizing agent on County or Town Roads within Ulster County. The quantities are indefinite. The purpose of this bid is to establish pricing so there will be no delay in obtaining this service when projects arise.

Injection of the asphalt emulsion or other stabilizing agents may be required. When a stabilizing agent is required, the foamed asphalt, emulsified liquid asphalt or liquid calcium chloride will be purchased under this contract.
