Ulster County intends to purchase one (1) new, or one (1) quality used, Trailer towable, Portable Traffic Signal with Solar Assist model # SQ3TS System, as manufactured by the Horizon Signal Technologies, or equal, as described in the following specification. The equipment must be delivery fully serviced and ready to work. The Awarded vendor will be responsible, at his expense, for delivery of the equipment to Ulster County.
