Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish a per aluminum medical “E” size cylinder usage price and per concentrator monthly usage price and repair cost for Portable Oxygen by the Golden Hill Health Care Center. Awarded vendor will drop off full oxygen tanks, pick up empty tanks and bring full tanks again as needed. On day one of the contract, it is estimated that the facility will need 110 - 165 tanks.
