When viewing this notice online, click on the link to the specification documents to see all attachments for this RFQ.  The purpose of this quote is to establish a price for the purchase of Microfilm Supplies for procurement by the Records Management Department of the Ulster County Clerk’s Office. Quoted items may be awarded individually, or in whole, in the best interest of Ulster County. Purchase orders for the awarded items will be issued on as “as needed” basis. The quantities indicated on the price sheet are estimated quantities only. The County must receive all products ordered not later than ten (10) working days After Receipt of Order (A.R.O). Upon award, bidder agrees to hold pricing from date of award through July 31, 2013. ALL PRICING MUST INCLUDE SHIPPING TO KINGSTON NY 12401.
