Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Request For Proposal (RFP) is to obtain the services of a professional Community based agency who can provide full time case aides to work with the Department of Social Services (DSS) Division of Coordinated Children’s’ Services (CCS) Foster Placement Intervention team to provide Life Skills Counseling. The agency will provide life skills counseling to referred youths between the ages of twelve and seventeen and their families (the clients).
