The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for Janitorial Services for numerous buildings with qualified supervision, labor, supplies, material and equipment (except the supplies and utilities specified herein, which will be provided by the County) and performing all work specified.
All vendors submitting bids are required to adhere to Green NY sustainability requirements for all products used during the provision of janitorial services. Compliance with Green NY guidelines is a mandatory component of this bid.
