RFB-UC09-142C - IN-PLACE PAVING OF COUNTY ROADS

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for application of Cooperative, In-Place Asphalt Paving, and truing and leveling for drainage purposes where indicated, for the specified Ulster county roadways per the attached specifications. 

The contractor will furnish the necessary equipment and labor to accomplish the paving and will work with the assistance of, and in conjunction with, the workforce and equipment of Ulster County Highways and Bridges. Ulster County will supply the asphalt material and all trucking of the material to the job site as well as flagging, if needed. The Ulster County Department of Highways will schedule and coordinate the project with the Awarded vendor. THIS JOB MUST BE COMPLETED NO MORE THAN 6 (SIX) WEEKS AFTER NOTICE TO START IS GIVEN BY THE DEPT. OF HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES
