Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this RFP is to obtain firm price proposals based upon the fixed hourly rate as provided in pricing proposals from firm(s) specializing in a variety of graphic services in support of the County’s Tourism Department.

Firms are expected but are not limited to perform the following services: graphic design for cover and original spread including FPO’s (show layout for position purposes) and scans, final production including resizing and adding scans, inserting bingo ad scans, inserting cards, providing laser proofs, converting text files, acquisition of photos, photo review/selection proofing and printer file preparation through bluelines and color proofing from printer.
