The purpose of this quote is to establish a price for the purchase of Embroidered Long and/or Short Sleeve Golf Shirts without pockets for the Ulster County Departments of Emergency Management, Probation, and Tourism. Sizes Small – 4 x are included in this quote. 5X may be priced as needed from awarded vendor. Items may be awarded by section or in whole, based on the best interest of Ulster County. Both the price and the quality of shirt samples submitted will be considered when determining award to obtain the best value for Ulster County. Prices shall include all set-up, production, “proofs” and shipping costs to any address within Ulster County, New York. Awarded vendor must guarantee price for the full one year term of the contract in order to accommodate re-orders. Pricing may not be extended to other County departments or municipalities.
Quoted prices to apply to all initial orders per department and per design placed at any time throughout the year. Each department will place initial order per style at quote price. The minimum quantity per re-order is ten (10) shirts per department and may be of mixed sizes/colors.
