The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for a vendor to clean, degrease and disinfect all HVAC vents and ducts including the kitchen cooking exhaust hood system in the Golden Hill Health Care Center (GHHCC) located at 99 Golden Hill Drive, Kingston, NY, 12401. There are approximately 400 vents located in one, two story building and in one, three story building. A site visit is required to verify the full scope of work.
