RFP-UC23-043 - CORPORATE COMPLIANCE CONSULTANT

The County is seeking proposals to provide consultation services for our Corporate Compliance Program. The Consultant will advise the committee regarding the ongoing maintenance of the Compliance Plan. The consultant would also assist in the development of educational programs for staff training and perform billing and clinical audits to ensure Federal and State regulatory compliance.  On a regular basis, the consultant will offer guidance to the Compliance Officer and Committee, updates on new laws and regulations, and continuing review and audits of its practices. A copy of the Compliance Plan can be found on the Ulster County website (https://ulstercountyny.gov/ulster-county-compliance-plan/).
