RFB-UC14-02 - COLD IN PLACE RECYCLING

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for Cold In Place Recycling for procurement by the Ulster County Public Works-Highways and Bridges Department. The Foamed Asphalt process may or may not be required in the course of the recycling. Bidder will be required to have the necessary equipment to utilize this process when directed to do so by the Ulster County Public Works Department. It is the intent of these specifications to solicit bids for the furnishing of equipment with operators to work in conjunction with the Ulster County Department of Public Works under the direction of the Commissioner of Public Works and to separately solicit bids for all the work to be performed independently by the bidder without Ulster County DPW involvement. It is understood that the awarded vendor will be required to enter into a contract with Ulster County and a sample of the contract is included in the bid specifications.
