Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for Cold In Place Recycling with Foamed Asphalt for procurement by the Ulster County Public Works-Highways and Bridges Department. It is the intent of these specifications to solicit bids for the furnishing of equipment with operators to work in conjunction with the Ulster County Department of Public Works under the direction of the Commissioner of Public Works and to separately solicit bids for all the work to be performed independently by the bidder without Ulster County DPW involvement.
