Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified contractors to provide revenue-generating exterior and interior transit advertising for Ulster County Area Transit (UCAT). The contractor will be responsible for administering and managing all advertising activities in order to generate revenue on UCAT buses. The contractor will manage the sales and placement of advertising, production of advertising materials, and other duties associated with the contract.
