Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for the purchase of one (1) new Bobcat skidsteer loader model S300, 2009 or newer, as made by Bobcat, as described in the following specification for procurement by the Ulster County Department of Public Works.

Per County Resolution No. 240 dated August 12, 2009 amending Resolution No. 178 of June 10, 2009, it has been resolved that, for reasons of economy and efficiency, the purchase of Skid Steer Loaders is limited to the following manufacturer and model; Bobcat Skidsteer Loaders.
