Ulster County intends to purchase one (1) new, or one (1) quality used 2010 model year or newer, Asphalt Paver Leeboy model #8816B with dual steering, as manufactured by VT Industries, or equal, as described in the following specification. The equipment offered must have less than 1500 hours of previous use. The equipment must be delivery fully serviced and ready to work. The Awarded vendor will be responsible, at his expense, for delivery of the equipment to Ulster County.
