RFP-RF-2015-WIB-010 - Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act Services for Rockland County

Summary of Specifications:
Rockland Workforce Investment Board, Inc. (Board) is requesting proposals to operate the Rockland County Career Center and provide employment and training services for Adults, Dislocated Workers and Youth activities under the Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIA) in Rockland County. The programs and activities will be funded under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014, P.L.113 – 128. Up to $1,500,000 for the entire contract term is anticipated, depending on funding availability. The award(s) will be made for a two - year contract beginning July 1, 2015 and ending June 30, 2017 with an option at the Board’s discretion to extend an additional year to end June 30, 2018.
