Important Note to Vendors:
If submitting a quote for an approved equal product, vendor shall submit manufacturer's product description and specifications to fax #845-364-3809 by closing date of quote. 



Prices quoted shall be F.O.B Destination, Prepaid and Allowed. 



For all Submitted Equal Products, a demonstration may be requested and shall be scheduled to be demonstrated at the Dr R L Yeager Health Center, 50 Sanatorium Rd., Building A, 3rd Floor, Pomona, NY 10970 within 10 days of request. 

Quantities are estimated, quantities may be greater or less than those quantities stated depending on the needs of the County. 

The County of Rockland's decision if the product submitted shall be considered an equal is final. 

Product shall be delivered, assembled and in proper working condition before any payment shall be made. 

Quoter shall submit all manufacturer's warranty's and any additional warranty's and guarantees.
