Rockland CARES /Integrated County Planning is an initiative of county government agencies to promote more responsive, effective and efficient services to Rockland’s children youth and families. Participants include the Rockland County Department of Social Services, Probation, Health, Planning and Mental Health, the Rockland County Youth Bureau and the Office of Community Resources.
