Important Note to Vendors:
If submitting a quote for an approved equal product, vendor shall submit manufacturer's product description and specifications to fax #845-364-3809 by closing date of quote.

Quantities are estimated, quantities may be greater or less than those quantities stated depending on the needs of the County.

The County of Rockland's decision if the product quoted shall be considered an equal product to that specified is final.

Prices quoted shall be FOB Destination, Prepaid and Allowed.

Vendor shall fax all MSDS sheets, if applicable, to 845-364-3809.

For all submitted equal products, a sample may be required and shall be furnished within 5 days of request.

Award shall be made to the lowest responsible quoter.
