The County of Rockland's decision if the product quoted shall be considered as an equal product to that specified is final.

Prices quoted shall be FOB Destination.

Vendor shall fax all MSDS and specification sheets for ingrediant information to 845-364-3809.

If submitting an approved equal peoduct, a sample may be required. If the County requires a sample, it shall be submitted within 7 days of request.
