All costs, except new CAMA trunks, shall be divided equally into a five year (60 month) term to include all equipment, Firewalls, Netclocks, installation, project management, implementation, training, integration with existing Logging Recorders and CAD, maintenance and monthly services. The County of Rockland shall own all of the equipment at the end of the five year period. Upgrade the currently installed end-of-life PSAP infrastructure to today’s technology – Cassidian’s Sentinel Patriot or approved equal. Twenty Four (24) / Seven (7) remote monitoring, continued support from 911 Control Center; anti-virus/patch management The project objective is to provide a new NG9-1-1 system that increases the effectiveness of 9-1-1 PSAP systems users and the public safety service level to the citizens. The intent of the specification is to provide Rockland County with a NG9-1-1 system at six of the county’s PSAP locations. The system shall provide full voice telephony including 10-digit trunk, DID Centrex, internal extensions and TTY functionality. The NG9-1-1 System shall be capable of supporting future “Next Generation” capabilities without hardware replacement. The NG9-1-1 system shall be integrated with new Avaya BCM 450, or approved equal, at all six sites. The NG9-1-1 System shall seamlessly interface with the County’s new Motorola Radio Console so that Dispatchers can access both the NG9-1-1 system and the County’s trunked radio system from a single keyboard keystroke and/or mouse click on multiple screens. The successful contractor will serve as the overall system integrator to provide for the operation of the Motorola Radio application and NG9-1-1 application on a single dispatcher/call-taker console. The proposed system shall allow the capability for all six sites to be fully operational at all times allowing call overflow to either of the other sites. All proposed NG9-1-1 Systems shall operate utilizing existing CAMA Trunks at their respective locations.
