Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this RFP is to inform the private sector of a potential business opportunity to establish a contract for a Tutorial Program to provide the services as specified including: 1. Provide year-round tutoring services by Certified Educators for up to twenty-five at-risk PINS and JD youth in Rockland County. (Tutoring should be provided primarily during the September to June school year and in July and August as appropriate.) 2. Improve academic performance within a flexible framework that is tailored to the individual needs of each student.
