Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this RFP is to inform the private sector of a potential business opportunity to provide State mandated Dispatcher Training inclusive of Police, Fire, EMS and Wireless. Rockland County intends for this Request for Proposal to result in the selection of one provider to perform the necessary minimum 40-hour training course resulting in each attendee receiving the necessary NYS certification. Training to be held at the Rockland County Fire Training Center, Pomona, on an as needed basis starting January 2010.
