Summary of Specifications:
Rockland County intends for this Request for Proposal to result in the selection of a qualified Contractor(s) for providing technical and professional services in connection with providing Title Searches to include, but not limited to, properties subject to New York State Real Property Tax Law, Article 11, Title 3, “In Rem” delinquent real property tax foreclosure proceedings to be brought by the County of Rockland. Services will consist of, but not limited to, conducting, reporting, certifying in writing and deliveries in triplicate in the format prescribed by the County of Rockland all Level I and II title searches, record title deeds, re-certification and update of title searches, Title Insurance searches, Title Insurance and Closings Services.
