RFQ-RC-03-142 - Syringe, Needle, Blood Collection Products

Important Note to Vendors:
If submitting a quote for an approved equal product, must submit manufacturer's product description and specifications. 







Samples will be required of all approved equal products and must be received by the purchasing department within five days of request. 

The County of Rockland's decision if a product shall be considered as an equal is final. 

If Quoter is under N.Y. State Contract for listed items, the price per unit quoted for Rockland County can be no higher than the price per unit quoted to N.Y. State for like units. If under N.Y. State Contract, state contract number. 

Quantites are estimated usage for time period stated not necessarily quanites ordered. Quantities may be greater or less than those quantities stated depending on the needs of the County. 

Prices quoted shall be delivered prices, F.O.B. Destination. 





Awards shall be made on a line by line basis.
