Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this RFQ/RFP is to inform the private sector of a potential business opportunity to provide qualified professional surveying services for the mapping of County of Rockland land parcels. PROJECT BACKGROUND As projects arise, the requesting agency will supply a Scope of Objects indicating their requirements, goals and expected outcome as outlined in the following “How to Use Qualified Suppliers” Guide Outline include in these specifications. A meeting or walk-through of the particular parcel(s) will be held. The vendors will then provide a project specific Scope of Work and price quote based on the pricing offered in Section 3 – Cost Proposal Section of vendor response. This will be reviewed by the requesting agency and the Purchasing Department. A vendor will then be selected for that particular project.
