Summary of Specifications:
The Contractor shall stabilize the west bank of the Sparkill Creek near Spruce Street in the Town of Orangetown with medium stone, a dry rip rap wall, topsoil and seed. The work shall include excavation and disposal, embankment stabilization, clearing and grubbing, stream crossing and water diversion as required to accesss the work area and stabilize the site. The site shall be restored upon completion of the embankment stabilization. Bid shall be awarded to the lowest reaponsible bidder.
