RFP-RC-04-024 - Site License for use of Exterior Space on Tower (Mitch Miller Prop

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this RFP is to inform the private sector of a potential business opportunity to enter into a License Agreement for the placement of wireless communications equipment on specified elevations (110'/ 120' / 130') of a stealth tree pole located at 94 Lime Kiln Road, Wesley Hills, New York 10901 (a.k.a. The Mitch Miller Property) for the purpose of improving wireless 9-1-1 services. 

The County shall license the use of that certain space on the County’s stealth tower containing approximately 2500 square feet, situated on a portion of premises known on the official tax map of the Town of Ramapo as Section 9./19/A2, 94 Lime Kiln Road in the Town of Ramapo, County of Rockland, together with the non-exclusive right for ingress and egress, seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day, on foot or motor vehicle, including trucks.
