RFP-RC-04-029 - Site License for use of 110' Elevation on Exist.Tower at RCC

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this RFP is to inform the private sector of a potential business opportunity to enter into a License Agreement for the placement of wireless communications equipment at the 110' elevation of a stealth tree pole located at Rockland Community College, Suffern for the purpose of improving wireless 9-1-1 services. The County shall license the use of that certain space on the County’s stealth tower containing approximately 2500 square feet, situated on a portion of premises known on the official tax map of the Town of Ramapo, Section 49.10-1-33, 145 College Road, Suffern, NY 10901, County of Rockland, together with the non-exclusive right for ingress and egress, seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day, on foot or motor vehicle, including trucks.
