Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this RFP is to inform the private sector of a potential business opportunity to provide a Satellite Based Communications System for the Rockland County Health Department Emergency Preparedness Program to include, but not limited to the preliminary and final design, supply, installation services and maintenance. Funding for this project has been provided by a NYS Terrorism Grant. System must be completely installed and ready for use by August 2003.
