Summary of Specifications:
The County of Rockland has issued this Request for Proposals to seek interested parties to purchase the Rockland County Department of Health’s Certificate of its Certified Home Health Agency. This Request for Proposal is to identify an eligible, qualified and interested entity, as defined by New York State Codes, Rules and Regulations (NYCRR), Title 10, Article 7, Part 760 to purchase said Certificate and to provide quality home health care to the residents of Rockland County. Not withstanding, the interested potential entity shall operate the certified home health agency in compliance with applicable Federal and State statutes and regulations.
