Summary of Specifications:
SCOPE The Rockland County Sewer District #1 (RCSD#1) is requesting bids from contractors to provide all necessary labor, equipment and permits to haul and dispose of sludge from its sludge holding tank located a the plant at 4 Route 340 Orangeburg, NY 10962. The sludge to be hauled is digested sludge. Quantities are estimated. On an as needed basis, RCSD#1 may require the removal of 250,000 gallons of sludge up to three (3) times over the 1st term of this contract
