The Rockland County Department of Mental Health is looking for a supplier to provide all of the items listed and to create Kits one of each item to be included in the Clear bag as specifed. Current need is for approximately 555 bags. Bags must be neatly filled and shipped. Each kits is 12 items including the clear bag. Delivery must be made within 15 business days of award. No orders will be accepted after that. Bidders are required to submit a separate document with breakdown of each product submitted ( Manucture/ product details and cost. A link to each item must be be submitted with quote or product brochure. If these are not provided with quote, bidder will be considered for award.. Shipping must be included in cost.
