The County of Rockland (the County) is seeking sealed bids on real property located at 18 New Hempstead Road, New City, New York. The property will be sold ¡§AS IS¡¨, subject to the terms of this bid. Except to the extent expressly stated in these terms of bid, the County of Rockland will not be responsible for any repairs, upgrades or environmental issues as a condition of sale. It is the desire of the County to close this transaction prior to December 30, 2016. Section: 43.15 Block: 1, Lots: 45 and 47 The property is comprised of two contiguous and combined tax parcels, lot 45 and lot 47. Lot 45 measures approximately .89 acres and fronts 155-feet along the north side of New Hempstead Road (Route-80). Rectangular in shape, the parcel is mid-street between Eberling Drive on the west and Main Street on the east. This site is improved with a six story office building and associated paving for parking. Lot 47 abuts lot 45 to the north and measures 2.8 acres according to the supplied tax map. It fronts approximately 420-feet along the east side of Eberling Drive with additional ¡§through¡¨ access from lot 45. The site is paved for a parking lot, which is used to accommodate the neighboring office at lot 45.
