RFB-RC-2013-082 - Roofing Systems, Maint., Repair & Installation

Summary of Specifications:
SCOPE The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision required to perform service, maintenance, and repair to County Government roofs as per the specifications herein. The work involves the repair and/or maintenance of various EPDM and PVC single ply roofs, foam roofs, shingled roofs, and asphalt and coal tar built up roofs, including insulation, pavers, gravel, etc. incorporated into the roofing system. Roof repairs and replacement shall be complete systems including flashing, sealants and perimeter metals. Repairs to built up roofs may be in either hot or cold applied roofing as required by the owner. All work will be done on as needed, call in basis. Contractor shall provide roof maintenance, repair and replacement services for all County of Rockland facilities on an as needed basis. The work includes all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, removal and disposal services of existing roofing, permits and licenses necessary to complete projects. Total expenditures to date, against current contract RFB-RC-2011-059 – Commencing on 08/09/2011 = $141,819.15.
