Summary of Specifications:
The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision required to perform service, maintenance, and repair to County Government roofs as per the specifications herein. The work involves the repair and/or maintenance of various EPDM and PVC single ply roofs, foam roofs, shingled roofs, and asphalt and coal tar built up roofs, including insulation, pavers, gravel, etc. incorporated into the roofing system.
