Summary of Specifications:
Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, coordination, and supervision as required to remove the existing roofing and sheathing, repair the existing roof structure, as required, install new roof sheathing, roll roofing, fascia and flashings, on the storage building at the Stony Point highway garage, located in Stony Point, New York. All new exposed wood fascias, trim, etc. shall be primed and receive two (2) finish coats of exterior alkyd enamel paint. Colors and manufacturers shall be approved by the Director of Facilities Management.
