Summary of Specifications:
Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, coordination and supervision as necessary to furnish and install General Construction of the new office features on the second floor of the Spring Valley Learning Center. Include is the demolition, removal, acoustic ceiling modifications, new sheet rock partitions, framing, finish trim work, 9 new doors, frames & hardware, relocation of diffusers and transfer grilles with flexible connectors. The County shall provide for all new electrical work seperately.
