Summary of Specifications:
Rockland County intends for this RFP to result in the selection of one or more providers of Real Estate Apraisal Services to a Qualified Suppliers list. As projects arise, using agencies shall solicit quotes for project specific workscopes, cost and schedule from at least three firms from the QSL. Typical project assignments may include both small and large residential properties, comm. properties, Right of Way acquisitions, Agricultural (farmland), marchlands and wetlands. Prime consultant must be licensed by the State of NY as a Licensed General Appriaser. Projects requested by the RC Highway Department must be on theNYS DOT approved list.
