RFP-RC-06-012 - Real Estate Appraisal & Related Services Incl. ROW, Qual. Sup.List

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Rockland has issued this Request for Proposal on behalf of various county agencies to develop a Qualified Suppliers List to provide Real Estate Appraisal and related services including Right of Way on an as needed basis. 

Based on the proposals received, the County will develop a Qualified Suppliers Lists. Selection to the Qualified Suppliers List does not guarantee in any way a commitment by the County to use the supplier’s services. 

As the need for Real Estate Appraisal and related services arise, the County Agencies shall solicit project specific cost proposals and project schedules following the steps as stated in the Project Procurement Procedures below. If specific funding objectives need to be met (ex. FTA clauses), vendors on the QSL that have supplied and met the appropriate requirements for that project will be contracted. The Project / Contract award will be made on the basis of the County Agency's evaluation of the technical and cost proposals and project schedules submitted by each firm. The material submitted will be evaluated to assess each consultant’s understanding of the project and their ability to expeditiously progress it. The County of Rockland is not mandated to contract with the lowest cost quotation.
