RFP-RC-04-008 - Public Telephone Service for the County of Rockland and RCC

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Rockland is requesting proposals from all qualified vendors to install, operate, maintain, and service multiple public payphones at various County Government sites including Rockland Community College (RCC), Suffern. The contract resulting from this Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be for an initial period of three (3) years with an option to renew for two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each. The option to renew is the sole discretion of the County of Rockland Director of Purchasing. The purpose of this RFP is to ensure that fully operational, secure and reliable public payphones are installed in all of our current and future sites.
