RFP-RC-2010-011 - Provision of Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program Service

Summary of Specifications:
The Rockland County Department of Social Services (“the Department”) is requesting proposals from all public, not-for-profit, or proprietary vendors interested in providing Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (“CDPAP”) services to recipients of Medical Assistance in Rockland County. A Proposer may be an individual, a licensed home care services agency, a home care agency exempt from licensure, a certified home health agency or any other entity that is legally qualified under New York State law to enter into a contractual relationship with a social services district to provide services described in this part in support of the CDPAP program. The Department reserves the right to select multiple vendors based on competitive factors including, but not limited to, experience in CDPAP administration, indication of satisfactory audits and evidence of administrative supervision and oversight.
