RFI-RC-04-001 - Printing, Indexing and Binding of Proceedings of the Legislature

Summary of Specifications:
SCOPE: The County of Rockland is seeking to identify qualified and interested firms or organizations for information to provide printing, indexing and binding services for the Proceedings of the County of Rockland Legislature. 

Currently the County of Rockland supplies its printer with the legislative minutes and backup on an annual basis for the prior year · 

The printer then provides to the County an index and can be utilized to search the minutes by subject matter. · The printer provides the County annually with: 

o 40 each of printed and bound Proceedings of the Legislature in Pamphlet form 

o 40 each of printed and bound Proceedings of the Legislature in hard cover · 

The County is seeking to update and revise its current service as it relates to the printing, indexing and binding services for the Proceedings of the County of Rockland Legislature. We are actively seeking information on updated technology and services as they relate to this process. The County would like information on the following 

o In addition to the printed and bound Proceedings listed above (to be received annually), the County would like to receive the Proceedings indexed in a CD Rom format or Web Based Data Form which would be easily searchable utilizing a Key Word Search. 



The County would like to receive the Proceedings in either electronic format listed above on a monthly basis if possible.
