Summary of Specifications:
These specifications describe new Digital Photo Lab to be purchased by the County of Rockland Sheriff Department. Except as set forth specifically in these specifications, the equipment furnished under this proposal shall be equipped with all standard equipment normally furnished to the general public. The equipment purchased shall be current model equipment and shall be new unused in its original packaging. Respondents shall be the manufacturer or an authorized resellers of the brand being offered. PRICING: Pricing for equipment offered shall be based and fully documented under the price section of this bid. Any additional information must be fully explained in separate correspondence and must be attached to the proposal submittal. This bid consists of two sections. Section 1 shall be for the equipment / items and services listed and shall be for a one time purchase. Section 2 Percent Discount - Consumables, Paper, Ink and Accessories - shall be for items clearly identified on a nationally recognized Manufacturer’s US List Price for consumables and other accessories on an as needed basis. All discounts offered shall be firm and fixed for the specified contract period. Bidders shall enter, in the space provided, the applicable discount which shall remain firm for the life of the contract. Bidders shall submit a current manufacturer’s consumable price list and catalog for brand bid with their bid. Industry wide increases, as reflected in a newly published manufacturer’s price listings will be honored and shall be provided as soon as they are made available by the manufacturer. In as much as the price list in the possession of the Department of Purchasing shall be the governing copy, it shall be the responsibility of the successful bidder to ensure that the current price sheets are forwarded to the Department of Purchasing.
